GENERAL PAYMENT

All cheques should be crossed and made payable to"Laguna Redang Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd"
Once payment is made, kindly email us the bank in slip.
Full Payment is required upon confirmation.
All payment will be forfeited if there is any amendment or cancellation of the booking.
Staged payment is required as per every pro-forma invoices.

NOTE

Room rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), inclusive of 10% service charge.
Tourism Tax Tourism tax @ RM10.00nett per room per night is payable at the resort for all non-Malaysian guest.
Rooms are subject to availability upon receiving of the pro-forma invoices & payment
Maximum occupants - Apply for PACKAGE RATE ONLY Deluxe Room: 6 persons (with maximum 2 mattresses); Superior & Premier Sea: 3 persons ( with maximum 1 mattress) ; Standard Room: 3 persons
Maximum occupants - Apply for ROOM & BREAKFAST Deluxe Room: 4 persons ; Superior & Premier Sea: 3 persons ( with maximum 1 mattress) ; Standard Room: 3 persons
Child Policy - Apply for PACKAGE RATE ONLY - * Child 3 years old and below F.O.C. (sharing room with parent however boat transfer is chargable.)
Child Policy - Apply for ROOM & BREAKFAST ONLY - * Child 12 years old and below sharing room with the parent extra bed on complimentary basis. (Max. up to 2 bed only)

HOTEL & RESORT RULES

The management reserves the right to change the above quoted prices in case of error or omission of new government regulations.
The resort reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the boat departure due to sea & weather condition and the venue of jetty is subject to change.
The resort is not responsible for any additional cost incurred due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, flight delay,etc.
Laguna Redang Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd, reserves the right to review rates, package offered and package program at any time without prior notice.
Laguna Redang Island Resort reserves the right to remove any tour members whose conduct / behaviour is detrimental to the Resort or to the Resort’s other guests.
Laguna Redang Island Resort is not responsible for any difficulties which might arise should your guest is caught for any action against Government rules and laws.
All tour members taking part in any activities organized by the Resort shall do so at their own risk. The Resort shall not be responsible for any losses or injury sustained by anyone. All tour members are advised to insure themselves against injuries and loss of personal belongings.
Laguna Redang Island Resort reserves the right to inform any last minute closed out date by giving prior notice

NO SHOW / CANCELLATION

In the event of no-show for whatever reasons, payment will be converted to cancellation charges should there be any cancellation.
There will be no refund or reduction of rates on any services provided in the package which is not utilized.
